摘要
分析了短波发射机射频前端放大电路的设计方案,包括如何选取放大电路、各部分增益的分配、所需自检电路的原理,讨论了两级放大电路与自检电路的具体实现以及对器件选择的考虑,最后给出了本方案的测试数据。
RF Front-End design of HF amplification circuit is presented,including how to select the amplifier,distribution of every part＇s gain,and the principle of self-test circuit,implement of main parts and consideration of selecting device is discussed;finally,results were illustrated.
