摘要
目的 探讨断指再植患者术后的真实体验.方法 采用质性研究中现象学的方法,通过目的 抽样及半结构式深度访谈收集资料,阐述9例断指再植患者术后的真实体验.结果 断指再植患者术后体验呈现4个主题：①自我概念的改变 ②社会适应能力的改变 ③情绪的改变 ④对未来生活的担忧.结论 断指再植患者术后护理应重视患者的内心体验,及时调整患者的心理状态,保证患者再植的成功和功能的康复.
Objective To explore patients＇experiences undergoing digit replantation. Methods Data were collected through deep interviews with 9 patients undergoing digit replantation and analyzed by phenomenological hermeneutic method. Results Patients＇ experiences undergoing digit replantation fell into four themes： （ 1 ） self -concept changes （2） social adaptability changes （3） emotional changess （4） future life concerns. Conclusions Medical staff should pay more attention to patients＇ experiences and timely adjust the psychological status of patients, in order to the success of replantation and functional rehabilitation.
