摘要
以国家体育总局主办的4个综合性体育竞赛,即全运会、城运会、冬运会和体育大会为研究对象,将四个综合性体育竞赛作为一项社会行动,运用帕森斯的AGIL系统结构模型分析四个综合性体育赛事在运行过程中存在的问题。研究结果表明:这四项赛事系统之间的关系存在着较大的断裂;系统边界不清晰;系统发展动力机制不足;系统的价值规范与道德体系缺失。这严重阻碍着综合性体育竞赛系统的良性运行和发展。
The main objects of this paper are four comprehensive sports competitions sponsored by General Administration of Sport,namely,the National Games,National City Games,National Winter Games and National Sports Games.The four competitions are regarded as a social action.This paper uses Parsons＇s AGIL system architecture model to analyze the problems of four comprehensive sports in the operation.The research results show that there is a fracture among the four competition systems;The system boundary is not clear;Dynamic mechanism is insufficient in system development;Value specification and ethical system are missing.These problems are seriously baffled the sound operation and development of comprehensive competitions.
