摘要
利用比色法测定15种常见和珍稀食用菌中甘露醇的含量。结果表明,甘露醇在412nm处,质量浓度在10~100μg/mL范围内呈现良好线性关系,其回归方程Y=0.0112X+0.007,R2=0.9998;仪器精密度良好,RSD为1.31%(n=6);样品显色后4h内基本稳定;平均回收率为99.2%,RSD为0.96%(n=5)。以干重为基础,用此法测得食用菌的甘露醇含量为0.65%~13.73%,其中草菇含甘露醇最低,而花菇中的甘露醇最丰富。
A simple,accurate and rapid colorimetry method for the determination of the manntiol content in 15 kinds of edible fungi was established.The results showed that at 412 nm,the linear relationship was better when the content of manntiol was 10~100 μg/mL.The regression equation was:Y=0.0112X+0.007,R2=0.9998.The precision of the instrument was satisfactory with the RSD of 1.31%(n=6).And the samples were comparatively stable within 4 h after coloration;The average recovery and RSD(n=5) were 99.2% and 0.96,respectively.Detected with this method,the contents of mannitol(dry weight) in edible fungi varied from 0.65% to 13.73%,in all species.And the lowest and highest mannitol contents were found with Voluariella vovavacea and Quality shiitak,respectively.
