结合了从事建设项目招投标工作的经验,总结了电子招投标的现实意义,分析目前主要存在的问题,同时根据网络和信息技术的发展方向,大胆展望了未来电子招投标的趋势,以促进电子招投标的普及应用。
Combining with working experience of construction engineering tendering and bidding, it summarizes the practical significance of electronic tendering and bidding, analyzes current existing major problems. Simultaneously, according to the development direction of network and information technology, it boldly looks forward to the future trend of electronic bidding, in order to promote the popularization and application of electronic tendering and bidding.
