摘要
文章通过对建设工程传统招投标现状的分析,阐述了建设工程项目推行电子招投标的必要性及操作细则,对电子招投标存在的不足之处进行了研究,并提出了改进的方法。
The necessity to carry out electronic bid evaluation in bidding under engineering bill pricing mode of engineering project in our country and practical application situations are mentioned. Advantages and disadvantages of electronic bid evaluation method are studied. In view of questions existed corresponding resolving methods are proposed.
