摘要
职业教育发展终身化，需要在构建完善的终身职业教育体系中，关注个人通用技能，发展内容多样、形式灵活的职业教育以及关注个人生涯发展。鉴于目前我国建设人力资源强国和经济发展提出的诉求，我国职业教育终身化发展应当借鉴国际经验，在构建中国特色的终身职业教育体系中，注重非学历、非正规的成人职业培训，强化职业院校功能的多元化、综合化，提供个性化的职业生涯可持续发展服务等方面入手寻求对策。
The lifelong tendency in vocational education exhibits to build thorough lifelong vocational education system, focus on personal generic skills, develop diversified contents and flexible forms of vocational education and focus on career development. Currently, considering our building strong human resources country and economic development, the development of lifelong vocational education should take international experience for reference. We should build lifelong vocational education system with Chinese characteristics, focusing on non-diploma and informal adult vocational training, strengthening diversification and integration for vocational schools, providing services for personalized vocational career sustainable development.
