摘要
分析了带油对铝箔产品质量造成的影响,并通过采取对轧制油定期的取样分析、调整轧制油指标、调节除油装置及压平辊等工艺措施减少铝箔成品带油,提高了铝箔产品的表面质量。
Analysis of aluminum foil with oil on the impact of product quality,and by taking periodic samples of the rolling oil analysis,adjust the rolling oil index,regulate oil degreasing equipment and pressing flatten roller etc.to reduce oil product with aluminum finished foil,improve the surface quality of aluminum foil products.
