摘要
本文从轧制工艺、板形、轧辊磨削、轧制油、分切、退火工艺等方面分析铝箔退火后出现油粘(粘附)的原因,并提出了相应的解决办法和消除措施。
The paper analyzes the causes to form the oil adherences on the annealed aluminum foil from various respects, such as rolling process, flatness, roll grinding, rolling oil, slitting and annealing process, and put forwards corresponding resolutions and countermeasures.
