摘要
为评价取心用空心金刚石钻头的工作性能,研究设计了取心钻头测试装置。该测试装置利用步进电动机驱动钻头前进,采用伺服电动机驱动钻头旋转。在模拟取心试验过程中,系统能够改变并检测钻头的钻压、前进速度、旋转速度及所需扭矩等关键性能参数,能够模拟钻头在实际取心过程中的3种工作状况。利用该试验系统能够检测出钻头的工作性能,筛选出比较好的钻头。该试验装置整体性能可靠,获得的测试数据准确有效,对优化设计取心钻头参数具有十分重要的意义。
To assess the operating performance of the hollow coring diamond drill bit,the testing device for coring bit was studied and designed.The device uses the stepping motor to drive the bit to move forward,adopting the servomotor to drive the bit to rotate.In the process of simulating the coring test,the system can change and detect the advancing force and speed,the rotating speed and the required torque of the bit.It can simulate the three operating conditions of the bit in the practical coring process.The use of this experimental system can detect the bit's performance and select better bits.The overall performance of the testing device is reliable,and the obtained testing data are exact and effective,which is quite significant to the optimization of the parameters of the coring bit.
