摘要
针对古巴Majaguillar稠油油藏地层成岩性差,井身结构复杂,钻头水眼易堵塞,软硬交替地层割心困难等问题,研究了适合该区块稠油油藏的大斜度井取心技术。通过使用钢体PDC取心钻头、一体化悬挂加压装置、防砂倒返装置以及双保险岩心爪等关键工具,优化取心工艺措施,有效解决了以上技术难题。现场应用结果表明:该取心技术针对Majaguillar稠油油藏大斜度井取心效果提升明显,平均取心收获率较以往提高30%。该技术的成功应用对类似稠油油藏的取心作业具有一定的指导意义。
To address the coring issues of Majaguillar heavy oil reservoir in Cuba, such as poor diagenesis,complicated wellbore configuration, easy plugged bit nozzle and interbedded soft and hard formation, the coring technology for high inclined well of heavy oil reservoir in this block has been studied. By means of the steel body PDC coring bit, integrated suspension and compression device, sand return control device and double function core catcher, the coring process has been optimized, which effectively solved the coring technical problems. The field application results show that, the coring performance in high inclined well of Majaguillar reservoir has been signifi-cantly improved, with an average coring rate increase of 30%. The successful application of this technology has a certain guiding significance for coring operations in similar heavy oil reservoirs.
