摘要
针对催化重整装置与苯抽提装置工艺操作关系密切,岗位操作人员紧张,催化重整控制站与苯抽提控制站距离较远等问题,介绍了采用总线转换器实现两套不同型号控制器联网,通过硬件和软件的合理配置,高效、平稳地实现了CS3000控制系统的控制功能,降低了控制系统的投资成本。通过3年多的实践应用证明,联网后的控制系统运行平稳,不仅为操作人员和仪表维护人员带来极大便利,而且提高了自动化控制水平,同时也为今后装置改扩建项目控制系统改造升级联网提供了宝贵的经验。
In allusion to the problems of the catalytic reforming unit and the benzene extraction such as process operation close, tense operator positions, far distance, it is mainly introduced that AVR10D Bus Converter (BCV) realized two different types of controllers networking. Control function of CS3000 control system has been realized efficiently and smoothly, that greatly reduced the cost of investment. 3 years of practical application has shown that the control system network is running smoothly, that not only brings great convenience for operators and instrument maintenance personnel, but also improves the level of automation, at the same time, it provides a valuable networking experience for future control system upgrade.
