摘要
由于传统的金刚石控制系统为单一控制系统,随着合成设备的增多,便会出现管理繁复、数据分散不易处理等现象。针对这种情况,将原先分散独立的金刚石控制系统进行有效的联网控制。网络系统包括基于服务器/客户端的车间网络和基于Windows客户机/终端服务器模式的工厂网络。同时在CSocket类的基础上设计了新的智能通信类以实现网络通信。结果表明:建立的网络系统实现了远程管理与监控,提高了管理水平及生产效率。
Because the traditional diamond control system is the single control system, it will appear the phenomenon that man- agement is complicated and the scattered data are not easy to handle with the increase in synthesis equipment. In view of this, the network control of decentralized diamond control system was designed. The network system consisted of workshop network based on server/ client model and factory network based on Windows client/terminal server model. A new intelligent communication class was designed on the base of CSocket class to realize network communications. The results show that the network system is realized remote management and monitoring, the management level and production efficiency are improved.
