摘要
主要讨论在起重机静刚性的计算过程中,当起重机的定位精度较低、跨度又较大,而且经常需要突然卸载时,是否能导致起重机空载小车被主梁弹起,脱离小车轨道造成脱轨的可能,并以理论分析与计算实例加以说明。
This paper mainly focuses on the topic whether the empty trolley will be ejected by the main girder and separating from the trolley track,resulting in the possibility of derailment when the positioning accuracy is low,the span is large,and sudden unloading is always required for the crane during the calculation of the static rigidity of the crane,and theoretical analysis and examples of calculation are adopted to illustrate this.
