摘要
履带起重机在突然卸载时臂架后倾是整机稳定性和防后倾机构设计要考虑的工况。应用ADAMS软件对臂架及整机在履带起重机在突然卸载时臂架后倾工况时的动力过程进行仿真,并对防后倾机构的刚度和阻尼进行参数优化,以达到减轻臂架振动、提高整机防后倾稳定性的目的。
The back - tipping of boom of crawler crane due to sudden unloading must be considered in design of anti - back - tipping device of crawler crane to ensure the stability of the complete crane. Dynamic simulation of the boom and the complete crane under such a condition is conducted with ADAMS. Also, optimization of such parameters as stiffness and dampness of the anti - back - tipping device is performed in order to minimize the boom vibration and improve the stability of the complete crane.
