前臂交锁髓内钉在桡骨骨折中的临床运用 被引量：2

摘要 目的探讨前臂交锁髓内钉在桡骨骨折中的可行性及临床疗效。方法对24例伴有桡骨骨折的前臂骨折患者应用前臂交锁髓内钉进行闭合或有限切开复位内固定。对早期桡骨髓内钉未预弯组和预弯组进行术后前臂旋转功能的比较。结果闭合复位骨折愈合时间平均为10.5周,切开复位为14.6周;骨折愈合22例,骨折延迟愈合1例,骨折不愈合1例。按照Grace-Eversman前臂功能评价标准:优18例(75.0%),良2例(8.3%),差4例(16.7%)。未预弯组前臂旋转受限(8.6±9.4)°,预弯组前臂旋转受限(7.2±8.7)°,2组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论前臂交锁髓内钉治疗桡骨骨折具有创伤小、恢复快、术后能早期功能锻炼及再骨折率低的优点。
