摘要
运用文献资料、问卷调查、专家访谈、数理统计等方法对长沙河西大学城的在读本科大学生的休闲体育现状进行研究,从休闲体育内容、消费状况等方面分析了大学生参与休闲体育的现状,探索符合大学生休闲体育发展的对策,提出休闲体育发展建议,为有关部门以及高校领导提供参考。
Using such methods as document material,questionnaire,expert interview,and mathematics statistics,the present situation of university students＇ leisure sports in Hexi university city of Changsha is studied.It is analyzed from the content and consumption status quo of leisure sports.The countermeasures which conform to university students＇leisure sports development are explored.And suggestion about leisure sports development is raised to offer references for concerned departments as well as colleges and universities leaders.
