对北京市普通高校大学生体育自主学习的调查与研究 被引量:15

Investigation on College Students P.E Self-Regulated Learning in Beijing Common Universities

摘要 运用文献资料法、访谈法、问卷调查法和数理统计法等研究方法,对北京市普通高校一、二、三年级本科大学生的体育自主学习现状进行了调查。研究结果表明:目前,北京市普通高校大学生的体育自主学习整体水平一般;男生的体育自主学习水平和各维度的自主性均显著高于女生;随着年级的增长,大学生体育自主学习水平有上升趋势;理科大学生除体育学习环境营造维度外,其体育自主学习水平以及其他六个维度的自主性均高于文科大学生。另外,针对现状提出了相应的培养对策,为我国高校体育的改革和发展提供有益借鉴。 This article, taking self-regulated learning of college students in Beijing as research object, by means of research methods such as literatures, interview, questionnaire and statistics survey, studied and analyzed the present condition of college students' P. E self-regulated learning. The conclusion of this article is as follows: At present, the level of college students' self-regulated P, E learning is not quite satisfying. Boys have significantly higher level of P. E self-regulated learning and initiative of all altitudes than girls. As the school grade increases, the total level of college students' P. E self-regulated learning rises. Furthermore, science students have higher levels of P. E self-regulated learning of all dimensions except learning environment than that of liberal art students. According to the above, we should strength the college students P. E Self-Regulated learning and put forward the countermeasure for establishing the P. E Self-Regulated learning
