摘要
在国内外有关基础隔震与基于性能的设计方法研究的基础上,提出了基于性能的基础隔震结构设计的基本框架,并给出了设计过程中基础隔震结构的性能目标、上部结构的概念设计、基础隔震结构的设计方法、隔震层的设计、基础隔震结构的分析、基础隔震结构的抗震性能评估和社会经济综合评价各关键环节的研究思路,较为清晰地展现了设计的基本过程,同时,对其中关键的基于性能的基础隔震结构的性能目标、基础隔震结构设计方法、隔震层的设计等方面做了重点的介绍。将基础隔震结构的性能划分为三个水准,并将基础隔震RC框架、框架—剪力墙结构的性能水平进行了量化;利用直接基于位移的设计方法对基础隔震进行设计,给出了设计步骤;由隔震结构的阻尼比和求得的等效刚度对隔震层进行设计。
Based on the state-of-the-art about base isolation structures and performance-based design method at home and abroad,frame work on performance-based seismic design theory of base isolation structures is established.And research method of every key areas are presented,for example,performance objects of base isolation structures,concept design of top structures,design method of base isolation structures,design method of isolation floor,analysis of base isolation structures,evaluation rule on seismic performance and society and economy of base isolation structures.The fundamental procedures of seismic design of structure are demonstrated.And emphasis introduce performance objects of base isolation structures,design method of base isolation structures,design method of isolation floor.The performance of structures with base isolation is classified as three levels.The performance levels of RC frame,frame-shear wall structures with base isolation are quantified as well;The design method of base isolation structures is established by displacement-based design method,the steps of seismic design of structure are demonstrated;The design method of isolation floor is established by equivalent damping ratio and equivalent rigidity of base isolation structures.
