摘要 本文在国内外有关耗能减震加固与基于性能的设计方法研究的基础上,提出了基于性能的耗能减震加固设计的理论框架,并给出了设计过程中加固结构的性能目标、待加固结构的性能评估、减震概念设计、附加耗能器的设计、分析方法、加固结构的抗震安全性评价和社会经济综合评价各关键环节的子框图,较为清晰的展现了设计的基本过程,明确了下一步研究的方向及着重解决的问题。 In this paper, based on the state-of-the-art about seismic retrofitting of structure with damper and performance-based design method at home and abroad, frame work on performance-based seismic design theory of retrofitting structure with damper is established. And sub-frame work of every key areas are presented, for example, performance objects of retrofitting structure, evaluation on seismic performance of retrofitting structure, concept design, supplemental damper design, analysis method, evaluation rule on seismic security and society and economy of retrofitting structure. The fundamental procedures of seismic design of structure are demonstrated. Study direction and some settling questions are showed.
