胰岛素泵治疗初诊2型糖尿病的临床疗效观察 被引量:12

摘要 目的观察比较胰岛素泵与传统胰岛素皮下注射治疗初诊糖尿病的效果。方法对60例2型糖尿病患者随机采用胰岛素泵持续皮下输注胰岛素(CSII)或多次皮下输注胰岛素(MSII)治疗,观察空腹血糖(FPG)、餐后2h血糖(2hPG)、血糖达标时间,每日胰岛素用量及低血糖发生情况。结果 CSII与MSII相比,达到目标血糖时间、每日胰岛素用量、低血糖发生次数明显减少(P<0.01〉。结论 CSII治疗更符合生理状态下胰岛素分泌,能更有效地控制血糖,缩短总治疗日,胰岛素用量减少,低血糖发生率低。 Objective To compare the therapeutic effects of continuous subcutaneous insulin infusion by insulin pump(CSII) and multiple subcutaneous insulin injection(MSII) in the treatment of type 2 diabetes.Methods Sixty cases of type 2 diabetes were randomly divided into two groups:CSII group and MSII group.Fasting plasma glucose(FPG), 2h postprandial blood glucose(2hPG), time controlling blood glucose, insulin dosage and hypoglycemia incidence rate of the two groups were observed before and after treatment.Results The time controlling blood glucose was significantly shorter than that of the CSII group(P0.01).Insulin dosage in the CSII group was less than that of the MSII group(P0.01).The Hypoglycemia incidence rate of the CSII group was lower than that of the MSII group(P0.01).Conclusion The CSII treatment conforms to the physiological insulin secretion, which can control the blood sugar effectively, shorten the treatment duration, reduce insulin amount used and lower the hypoglycemia rate.
