摘要
以大豆磷脂为原料,考察了提取温度、提取时间、超声功率、料液比、乙醇体积分数和占空比对超声波辅助提取大豆磷脂酰胆碱(PC)的影响。结果表明:试验范围内综合考虑PC纯度和提取率的适宜工艺条件为:提取温度为20~40℃,提取时间为10 min,超声功率为600~800 W,料液比(g/mL)为1:6~1:8,乙醇体积分数为95%~100%,占空比(s:s)为1:1~5:1,在此试验范围内PC纯度可达75.387%,PC提取率可达22.594%。与传统搅拌提取法相比,超声波辅助提取法能缩短提取时间,并能提高PC纯度和提取率。
Effects of influencing factors on ultrasonic - assisted extraction of phosphatidylcholine(PC) from soybean phospholipids has been studied,the factors included extraction temperature,extraction time,ultrasonic power, ratio of sample to solvent,ethanol volume fraction,and on/off ratio.Results:Based on the consideration of both purity and yield of PC,the suitable extraction conditions in experimentation are extraction temperature 20~40℃,extraction time 10 min,ultrasonic power 600~800 W,ratio of sample to solvent 1:6~1:8(g/mL),ethanol volume fraction 95%~100%,and on/off ratio 1:1~5:1(s:s).With the experimental conditions the yield of PC can reach 22.594%,while the purity of PC can reach 75.387%.Compared with traditional stirring extraction,the ultrasonic -assisted extraction can shorten extraction time and improve the purity and yield of PC.
