摘要
大跨度屋盖钢结构安装常采用胎架支承、分段拼装、分区合拢、整体拆撑等施工方法,实际施工过程中屋盖的安装分区及顺序、合拢分区及顺序、合拢温度、合拢时的焊接收缩变形均对结构的成型内力与变形有影响,也对屋盖支承胎架的受力分布与大小有影响。目前针对合拢顺序以及合拢时焊接收缩变形对整体结构成型状态的影响研究较少。首先从模拟单个构件的焊接过程出发,研究焊缝收缩给单个构件带来的变形。然后基于"等收缩量"原则在施工过程模拟分析中考虑焊缝收缩,建立了结构、胎架和焊缝单元的一体化模型,评估焊缝收缩对屋盖合拢过程中胎架承受荷载的影响。最后以深圳大运中心主体育场屋盖结构合拢分析为例,研究了合拢过程焊接收缩变形对胎架支承内力的影响。
Temporary supports are often adopted to support steel roof during the construction process,and the axial forces of temporary supports are only considered in the design state of structure currently.The influence of construction sequence,temperature at construction site,and welding shrinkage deformation due to welding on structural configuration and internal force of structure,as well as temporary supports are ignored usually.Welding shrinkage deformation of a single tube member is studied firstly,then the affection of welding is involved in analysis of integrate model of structure based on the equal deformation principle.The proposed procedure has been used in the construction analysis of Shenzhen Universiade Sports Center Main Stadium.
