摘要
北京电视中心综合业务楼结构设计时结合建筑造型要求,在建筑的4角布置4个L型复合巨型柱,巨型柱间用巨型钢桁架梁相连,组成巨型钢框架结构体系。焊接是钢结构工程中的关键,控制焊接质量在钢结构施工中更是重中之重。着重研究如何有效地控制焊接残余应力引起的焊缝收缩变形对整个结构安装质量的影响,从研究巨型柱、大桁架、次框架及关键特殊节点的焊接顺序入手,探讨巨型框架结构体系的焊接技术。
The main building of Beijing Television Center is set up with a giant steel structure system. The structural designer arranges four compound steel columns on each corner and compound beams among these columns. Welding is the key point in the steel structure. The most important thing is how to control the quality of welding. By studying the welding sequences of columns, beams, frames and special joints, this subject focuses on how to control the welding remaining stress ,thus to reduce the welding line shrinkage.
