有机磷药剂对捕食性天敌的毒力测定 被引量:1

摘要 不同药剂对黑腹微蛛、T纹狼蛛、沟渠狼蛛和龟纹瓢虫的毒力在室内进行了测定。结果表明,不同药剂对同一类天敌的Lc50值Lc90值有很大差別。亚胺硫磷对黑腹微蛛的毒性最高;乐果对T纹狼蛛的毒性最高。磷胺对黑腹微蛛毒性最低。它们的Lc50,Lc90值分别为8156.6ppm和26738.0ppm。Lc50值时对T纹狼蛛毒性最低的是敌敌畏,Lc90值时也是敌敌畏。 Toxicity of different insecticides to Erigonidium Graminicolum Sundevail, Lycosa T-insignita Bose., et Str. Pardosa Laura Karsh, Propylaea japonica Thunberg were tested in room. The result indicated that Lc50 or Lc90 values of diverse insecticides differed greatly from each other for the same natural enemy. According to Lc 50 and Lc 90, Phosmet showed the highest toxicity to Erigonidium graminicolum Sundevall, Dimethoate showed highest toxicity to Lycosa T-insignita Bose. et Str. The insecticide showing the lowest toxicity to Erigonodoum graminicolum Sundevall was Phosphamidon, its valuesof Lc 50 and Lc90 were 8156.6 ppm and 26738.0 ppm respectively. According to Lc50 and Lc90, the insecticide showing the lowest toxicity to Lycosa T-insignita Bose. et Str. was Dichlorovos.
