摘要
综述了现阶段植原体病害的主要检测技术,即电子显微镜技术、组织化学技术、血清学技术、核酸杂交技术、PCR技术,为植原体病害的鉴定及防治工作提供参考依据。
On present Status the detection of phytoplasma were descripted in this paper including electron electron microscopy technology,histochemistry technology,nucleic acid hybridization technology and polymerase chain reaction（PCR） technology.This can be a basis for the detection and prevention of phytoplasma disease.
