血浆BNP水平与心力衰竭分级和预后的关系 被引量:4

摘要 目的:探讨血浆BNP水平与心力衰竭分级和预后情况。方法:采用惠普5500型号的超声心动图和彩色多普勒超声诊断仪,对左室射血分数(LVEF)、测定血浆BNP的指数进行测定。结果:HF组之间BNP水平差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);NYHAⅡ级与Ⅲ级LVEF比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);NYHAⅡ级、Ⅲ级分别与NYHAⅣ级LVEF比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。血浆BNP水平高的死亡率较高,相反血浆BNP水平低的死亡率较低。结论:血浆BNP水平与心力衰竭呈现负相关。 Objective:To evaluate the plasma BNP levels and heart failure classification and prognosis.Methods:HP 5500 Model echocardiography and color Doppler ultrasonography of the left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF),plasma BNP were measured indicators.Results:HF group differences between the BNP level was significantly(P0.01);NYHA Ⅱ and Ⅲ grade level and no significant difference in LVEF(P0.05),NYHA Ⅱ grade,Ⅲ grade level were LVEF and NYHA Ⅳ dif-ference statistically significant(P0.01).High levels of plasma BNP higher mortality rates,on the contrary the mortality rate of low levels of plasma BNP schools.Conclusion:Plasma BNP levels showed negative correlation with heart failure.
