摘要
脑钠素是一种主要由心室肌细胞分泌的肽类激素,在体液平衡的调节中发挥关键作用。最近发现脑钠素水平在多种血管疾病中均异常升高,表明其参与了这些疾病发生的病理生理机制。本文对脑钠素与心血管疾病之间相关性研究的新进展作简单介绍。
Brain natriuretic peptide, a peptide hormone secreted chiefly by ventrieular myocytes, plays a key role in body fluid equilibrium. Many recently published studies showed that BNP had abnormal increasian in many cardiovascular diseases, which suggested that BNP was involved in the pathophysiological process of these diseases. This article reviews some progresses about correlation study between brain natriuetic peptide and cardiovascular diseases.
