摘要
人本教育即以人为本的教育,它具有全纳性、整全性与生成性。建构人本教育,在教育目的上,要着眼于人的个性发展,谋求社会进步与个体发展的有机统一;在教育内容上,要着眼于人的全面发展,实现科学教育与人文教育的共荣会通;在教育方法上,要着眼于人的自主发展,达成教育方法与个人成长的最佳匹配。
Humanistic education, also known as human-oriented education, is characterized by its inclusion, integrity and generation. To construct humanistic education, the educational purpose should focus on one's personality development and pursuing the organic unity of social development and individual development; the educational content should focus on one's all-round development and trying to accomplish the comprehensive mastery of science education and humanistic education; the education method should focus on one's self- development and making a perfect match between education method and personal development.
