摘要
胆管系统病变的治疗和预后同病变的定位、定性、病变范围以及与病变周围重要结构的关系密切相关。三维容积超快速多期动态增强扫描序列具有扫描速度快、脂肪抑制效率高、对各种伪影抑制好以及能够同时进行多种方式后处理等优点,能发现微小病变、对病变定性准确,能判断病变范围及与周围重要血管关系,在胆管系统病变的影像学诊断中具有重要价值并成为新的热点之一。
The treatment and prognosis of bile duct diseases are closely related with the lesion location,nature,extent and the surrounding vital structures.Three-dimensional volume of ultra-fast multi-phase dynamic contrast-enhanced scan(LAVA) sequences has a rapid scanning speed,fat suppression,high efficiency,good variety of artifacts and the ability to simultaneously inhibit many post-processing approaches.LAVA can detect small lesions with an accurate characterization of the lesion and determine the scope and major blood vessels involvement in the biliary system,which has an important value and become a new hot spot.
