摘要
充气钻井技术作为欠平衡钻井技术的一个分支,通过合理调节液气比进一步降低钻井液密度,从而达到降低有效液柱压力的目的。运用充气钻井技术不但能够及时发现和保护油气层,同时还能够提高机械钻速,解决由井漏引起的井下复杂问题。近几年,在四川地区开展了多口井的充气钻井试验,成熟了工艺技术,研究了充气钻井参数的合理设置,发现并认识了存在的问题,总结了经验,为充气钻井技术的发展奠定了基础。
Aerated drilling is a branch of underbalanced-drilling technology.Drilling-fluid density is further lowered by reasonably regulating the liquid/gas ratios.Thus,the objective of lowering effective fluid column pressure is achieved.Employing aerated drilling can not only discover and protect oil/gas formation in time but also increase ROP and solve downhole complex problems caused by lost circulation.In recent years,some experiments have been conducted in a number of wells in Sichuan area,which make the technology mature.In this paper,reasonable parameter settings are studied,existing problems are found and recognized,and the experiences are also summed up,which lays foundation for developing aerated drilling technology.
