摘要 近年来,吐哈油田探井钻井中,钻井液严重漏失,给钻井工程造成极大困难,造成了钻井周期延长和钻井液成本大幅度增加,延缓了勘探发现进程。针对非目的层严重漏失,根据地层承压能力,经过认真分析研究、精心设计,在胜火201井采用充气钻井液实施欠平衡钻井技术,既降低了漏失,也极大地提高了机械钻速,取得了良好效果。 Serious leakage of drilling fluid in exploratory well drilling in Tuba oilfield in recent years has caused great difficulty for drilling engineering and leaded to drilling cycle prolong and cost of drilling fluid increasing dramatically, which postpone the search course of exploration. As for the serious leakage in non - target zone, based on pressured capacity of formation, through analysis and study and elaborated design, using aerated drilling fluid to implement under - balanced drilling technique in Shenhuo well 201 reduces the leakage and improves the penetration rate, which has taken good effect.
