一种专效脱敏牙膏用于社区患者抗牙本质过敏作用的疗效观察

摘要 目的观察Colgate专效脱敏牙膏用于社区患者抗牙本质过敏作用的疗效。方法对50例社区牙本质过敏患者进行脱敏治疗,记录脱敏后即刻、4、8周的效果,并进行比较。结果平均值为从基线的1.87±0.41分别下降为0.57±0.14、0.60±0.16和0.58±0.13,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);总有效率分别为97.8%、95.5%和97.2%,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 Colgate专效脱敏牙膏抗牙本质过敏即刻和近期的疗效显著,结合正确刷牙方法的宣传在社区口腔卫生工作中推广。
