牙本质过敏症的研究进展 被引量:9

摘要 牙本质过敏症不是一种疾病,而是一种牙齿遇温度、化学性、机械性的刺激发生疼痛的症状,其发病机理复杂,有三种学说解释了它的发病机制,其中以流体动力学说最为被接受。其发病机理,治疗方法多样,最常见的方法是局部脱敏。本文就病因,发病机制和治疗方法作一综述。
