摘要
目的了解本院头孢硫脒和头孢克肟使用情况,为合理使用头孢硫脒与头孢克肟提供参考。方法随机抽查本院2005年1月至2007年12月使用处方1 500份,分析总结头孢硫脒与头孢克肟使用是否合理。结果 1 500例中头孢硫脒与头孢克肟占46.27%,不良反应少,其中多数为轻度胃肠道反应。结论本院头孢硫脒与头孢克肟使用存在不合理之处,头孢硫脒使用前先做皮试,促进抗菌药物的合理使用。
Objective To investigate the use of Cefathiamidine and cefixime in our hospital,supply reference for the rational use of Cefathiamidine and Cefixime.Methods A random check of 1500 prescription in our hospital from January 2005 to December 2007.Results Cefathiamidine and cefixime accounted for 46.27% in 1500 prescription,fewer adverse reactions,mostly mild gastrointestinal reactions.Conclusion There is unreasonable use of Cefathiamidine and Cefixime in our hospital,Cefathiamidine do first skin test before use,to promote the rational use of antimicrobial agents.
