摘要
通过正交试验对青果多糖的提取条件进行了优化。结果表明,青果多糖最佳提取条件为脱脂,料液比1∶20(g∶mL),提取功率32W,提取时间10min,提取次数3次;测定不同种质、不同产地、不同采收时间的总多糖含量。结果表明,总多糖含量为0.45%~1.40%;广东产青果平均含糖量高于四川;大果含糖量比小果高,果肉中含糖量大果几乎是小果的两倍。青果不同种质、不同产地含糖量差异较大,广东产含糖量高,大果优于小果;大果在冬至采收,小果在10月下旬采收为佳。
Based on the analysis of the amout of polysaccharide, The author laid a foundation for establishing a standard fo quality control of C.album.Through single factor experiments and orthogonal experiments to find the optimum extraction method of polysaccharide from Canarium album.; quantify the total polysaccharide of the 28 C.album samples of differen cultivated places and harvest time by sulfuric acid-phenol method using UV-Vis.The optimum extraction method of polysac charide from C.album was decreasing, the ratio of water to material was 20∶1, the power was 32W, the time of extraction was 10 minutes, and extracting 3 times; All the results of the amount of total fruit polysaccharide in samples range between 0.4% and 1.5%; the polysaccharide content of Guangdong was far higher than that from Sichuan; The polysaccharide conten of pulp was almost twice than that of the whole fruit; And the polysaccharide content of big fruit increased with time;Whil that of small fruit firstly decreased then increased.There were big differences of the polysaccharide content on different cultivated varieties and harvest places, the polysaccharide content of Guangdong was very high and the polysaccharide content o big fruit was higher than that of small fruit; the big fruit of C.album was most suitable to be picked at about winter sol-stice,while the small fruit was most suitable to be picked at about late October.
