摘要
采用RT-PCR方法对大白猪的RXRβ基因在1,90,180,270和360日龄的心、肝、胃、脾、肾、肺、大肠、小肠、肌肉、子宫、卵巢共11个组织的表达情况进行了研究。结果表明,RXRβmRNA在大白猪的脾脏、子宫和卵巢中持续表达,1日龄时表达的组织最多且表达水平较高,但该基因在所检的11个组织中存在明显的时间和空间变化。
Expression level of RXRβ gene in large white pig heart,liver,stomach,spleen,kidney,lung,large intestine,small intestine,muscle,uterus and ovary on 1,90,180,270 and 360 d were studied by RT-PCR method.The result showed that RXRβ mRNA was continue expressed in spleen,uterus and ovary,it was broad and higher expressed in tissues on 1 d,but it existed obviously temporal and spacial changed in eleven detected tissues.
