摘要
包装系统在流通过程受到振动一般是随机振动,现行的跌落冲击设计准则和简谐振动理论均与实际情况不符,因此提出用线性损伤累积理论来对包装系统进行随机振动疲劳计算,并对易损零件的疲劳寿命和剩余寿命进行了估算和计算。
The vibration undergone by packaging system in transport process is random one. The prcsent design criterion of drop shock and the theory of harmonic vibratlon are out of accord with practical situations. This Paper tries to conduct the fatigue calulation of random vlbration hy linear cumulation thcory and to make estimation of fragile parts for their fatigue life and rcsidual life.
