摘要 以缓冲包装系统的振动传递率为研究对象,以动力学理论为基础,使用两级估算法建立了缓冲包装系统的两自由度系统动力学模型。采用不解耦的求解方式,应用M atlab对该模型的缓冲衬垫的固有频率与易损零件的固有频率的合理分布进行了仿真,得到两固有频率的最佳分布范围,为产品的缓冲包装设计提供了理论基础。 A two degree of freedom system dynamics model of cushion packaging system was established with two- stage estimation method and based on the dynamics theory. Simulation research had been done on natural frequency of the reasonable distribution of the buffering cushion and the vulnerable parts using Matlab with the solution method of non - decoupling. Two natural frequency optimal distribution scopes were obtained. The purpose was to provide theoretical basis for the product cushion packaging design.
