摘要
用热分解法制备纳米级铁粉,通过改变热分解温度、Fe(CO)5的蒸发温度和稀释比,可以控制粉末的平均粒度;同时探讨了表面活性剂对粉末平均粒度的影响,指出在特定的热分解条件和选择适宜的表面活性剂的情况下,可以制备平均粒度<10nm的铁粉。
The nanometer Fe powder was prepared by thermal decomposition.The powder's mean particle size can be controlled through changing the thermal decomposition temperature,evaporating temperature and dilution ratio.The influence of the surface activator on the mean particle size of the powder is discussed.It is indicated that the powder with the mean particle size under 10nm can be prepared through thermal decomposition when selecting the appropriate surface activaor.
