摘要 妊娠期高血压综合征（简称妊高征）是妇女妊娠期特有的疾病，以高血压、蛋白尿、水肿为临床特征，是严重威胁母婴健康的妊娠并发症，是孕产妇和围生儿发病及死亡的主要原因之一。我们在平时工作中发现，博州地区妊高征患病率与内地比较相对较低，但是各民族之间似乎有一定的区别。一般而言，北方地区高血压病发病率较南方高，为什么妊高征患病率比内地偏低？
