摘要
通过调研分析得出造成X80管线钢钢卷打捆捆带断裂的主要原因为钢卷尾部带头的回弹。本文提出尾部带头自由端压靠的力学及数学模型,并通过有限元软件Ansysworkbench进行仿真实验验证模型,为X80等级别管线钢钢卷打捆方式的研究开发提供了理论依据。
By investing and analyzing the problem, founding that the main reason of banding strap fracture of X80 pipeline steel coils is the spring back for strip end of steel coil. Raising the mechanics and mathematics models for pressed on the free end of strip and by adopting the finite element software (Ansysworkbench), the models are verified by simulation experiment to provide the theoretical basis and research thought for the study and development on the bundling mode of X80 pipeline steel coils.
