Effection of High Temperature Tempering on the 9Cr-lMo Welding Microstructure and Its Properties

摘要 研究了瑞典ESAB公司的三种9Cr-IMo焊条焊缝的回火过程中组织和性能转变的关系,表明回火温度、合金元素及其碳化物是影响组织的抗回火能力及力学性能的主要因素。 The relation of welding microstructure and its properties of three kinds of 9Cr-lMo eletrode provided bySweden ESAB compang in tempering process was studied.It is show that the tempering temperature ,the alloy elementsand its carbides were predominant factors to effect welding microstructure and mechanical properties.[
