摘要
采用金相显微镜、扫描电镜和拉伸试验机分析并研究了SCR4500生产线上铜杆的组织和性能转变。结果表明,铜杆经过多道次的轧制变形,组织发生明显变化。铜杆的晶粒尺寸随着轧制过程的进行,发生了明显的细化,晶粒尺寸达到20μm;SEM组织观察和拉伸断口分析表明,铜杆中存在Cu2O颗粒,对铜杆的性能产生不利的影响。
The changes of microstructure and property of copper rods produced by SCR 4500 production line were investigated by optical microscope, scanning electron microscope (SEM) and tensile testing machine. The results show that through multi-pass rolling deformation, the microstructure of copper rods changes significantly. The grain size of the copper rods decreases significantly with rolling process; the grain size of the copper rods is 20 μm. SEM observation and analysis of tensile fracture show that Cu2O particles exist in the copper rod, which has unfavourable effect to property of the copper rod.
