摘要 讨论等厚干涉条纹的数据处理方法,对一无线性回归和非线性优化方法进行比较,得到非线性优化方法明显优于一无线性回归的结论。非线性优化方法对干涉条纹数较少的情况尤为适用。 Two data processing methods of fringes of equal thickness interference, one variablelinear regression and non-linear optimizing treatment, are discussed. By comparing the resultdrawn, it can be obtained that the latter method is obviously better than the previous one andthe non-linear optimizing treatment is usable especially on the case of sparse fringes.
