中空纤维更新液膜技术提取发酵液中青霉素的经济效益评价

摘要 采用中空纤维更新液膜实现了从发酵滤液中同步分离和富集青霉素的新型提取工艺。与现行的醋酸丁酯溶剂萃取工艺相比,萃取和反萃在同一设备内进行,省去了冷却和溶剂的蒸馏回收提纯过程,极大的简化了工艺流程,所需设备体积小,溶剂消耗量小,后续处理简单。新工艺降低了生产能耗,提高了提取效率,降低了生产成本,具有更高的经济价值。 Hollow fiber renewal liquid membrane technique is a new extraction technology for simultaneous separation and enrichment of penicillin from fermentation broth. Compared with the conventional solvent extraction technology with butyl acetate as extractant, the new technology could carry out extraction and back-extraction processes in the same stage, the steps of refrigeration and recovery of solvent are not necessary, the technological process is simplified with lower solvent consumption and easier subsequent treatment. The new technology reduces the energies of production and enhances the extraction efficiency, the production costs is decreased. The new technology has greater economic benefit.
