摘要
介绍了乳状液膜法萃取模拟发酵液中青霉素的研究工作,考察了混合槽中液膜组成、试剂比、油内比、乳水比及外水相pH变化对传质过程的影响,找出了一个较为适宜的液膜组成及室温下适宜操作的萃取工艺条件.
The extraction of penicillin G from the simulated fermentation solution was performed by an emulsion liquid membrane process. Various factors, such as composition of emulsion liquid membrane, ratio of reagents, R oi , R ew , pH of external aqueous phase, in a batch bath system were studied. The proper composition of the emulsion liquid membrane and the operational conditions at ambient temperature were obtained.
