This paper introduced the meaning of the integral whole plan-management,emphasize the important meaning and advantage of carrying out integral whole day plan for the 120 tons converter and the 1750mm hot-rolling material system.Introducing the principle and method of to draw up the integral- whole-plan,and analyzing the difficulty to carry out the integral- whole-plan and put forward suggestion to improve management.
