摘要
慢性鼻及鼻窦炎（chronic rhinosinusitis,CRS）是发病率很高的慢性疾病,通过内科综合治疗及功能性鼻内镜手术约90%的患者可以得到治愈,但还有10%～15%的患者即使经过内科阶梯治疗及鼻内镜手术，鼻塞、浓涕、面部不适、头痛等症状仍反复发作、迁延不愈。近年研究者将这部分病例单独划分出来，
