摘要
报道了耐盐辣椒下胚轴和茎段离体培养的初步研究结果.1.耐盐辣椒的种子在无菌条件下发芽缓慢,萌发率低,至接种后20d时,萌发率仍不足50%;2.约有26.7%的下胚轴外植体在附加5.0mg/L6-BA的MS培养基上可形成丛芽;3.被分割开的丛芽或带一叶一腋芽的茎节在附加0.5mg/LIBA的MS培养基上可形成具发达根系的完整植株,将试管苗切割成带一叶一腋芽的茎段,用该培养基反复继代培养以达到快速离体繁殖的目的;4.
This paper is a preliminary report on the culture in vitro and the plantlet regeneration of the salt enduring Bush Redpepper( Capsicum frutescens L.). The experimental results show that: the seeds of the salt enduring Bush Redpepper germinate very slowly under the sterile condition, and the germination rate is still lower than 50% at the 20th day after the inoculation; about 26.7% of the hypocotyl explants form clustered shoots on the MS medium supplemented with 5.0 mg· L -1 6-BA ; the separated shoots or the stem segments with one leaf and one axillary bud can form the complete plantlets with well developed rootage on the MS medium supplemented with 0.5 mg· L -1 IBA ,and the rapid propagation can be achieved by cutting the plantlets into the stem segments with one leaf and one axillary bud and by subculturing on this medium repeatedly, and the survival percentage of the tube plantlets is more than 90% in the transplantation.
